New years cards 2022
2021 was a year of discovering new paths and exploration for me. One of which was when I worked with a Riso-printer for the first time. Something I always wanted to work with – and finally did.
A unique aspect of risograph printing is that you are able to print with colors that are out of the CMYK color spectrum. You can, for instance, print with 'glowing' neon orange, or add a golden coating to your prints. I chose to work with a deep green for my project.
Another interesting aspect of risography is that this printing method is based on soy ink, made from vegetable soybean oil.
Therefore, it is very sustainable, pretty close to a co2 neutral production method and fully decomposable.

I printed a series of cards to simply say thank you to professional partners, close friends, my family, and to wish everyone a great transition into the new year.
